Terms governing use of this website and the services provided by Eastside Electrical LLC.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at eastsideelectricalwa.com and the electrical and HVAC services provided by Eastside Electrical LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website or engaging us for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eastside Electrical LLC is a Washington-licensed electrical contractor (WA L&I # EASTSEL748J9) providing residential and commercial electrical services and residential HVAC services across the Greater Eastside of King County, Washington. We do not provide fire alarm system service or fiber-optic splicing.
All quotes are provided in writing before any work begins. Standard residential service estimates are provided free of charge. For larger projects, we provide fixed flat-rate quotes following an in-person evaluation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
Quoted prices are firm for the scope of work described. Material price fluctuations, hidden conditions discovered during work (such as concealed code violations, deteriorated wiring behind walls, or undisclosed property conditions), and changes to the scope of work requested by the customer may result in change orders, which will be documented and signed before the related work proceeds.
Service appointments are scheduled by our dispatch line at 425-900-3610. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Same-day cancellations of scheduled appointments may incur a trip charge if the technician is already en route or on-site.
After-hours emergency dispatch carries an additional service charge, which is disclosed before the technician is dispatched. By accepting after-hours dispatch, you agree to the disclosed charge.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks. For projects over $5,000, a deposit may be required at the time of scheduling, with the balance due upon completion.
Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted under Washington law and may be subject to collection. The customer is responsible for reasonable collection costs, including attorneys' fees, in the event of non-payment.
Our workmanship is warrantied for one year from the date of completion against defects in installation. Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment pass through to the customer as provided by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be made by contacting us at 425-900-3610 or support@eastsideelectricalwa.com.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification by others, acts of nature, power surges from external sources, normal wear and tear, or any work or alteration performed by parties other than Eastside Electrical LLC after our work was completed.
We pull permits when required by the authority having jurisdiction and coordinate inspections directly with that authority. The customer is responsible for providing access to the property at scheduled inspection times. Inspection failures arising from our workmanship are corrected at no additional charge; failures arising from pre-existing conditions outside the original scope are quoted as a change order.
To the maximum extent permitted by Washington law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services or this website is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service from which the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or waives the customer's rights under Washington consumer protection laws or the warranty of habitability where applicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless the parties agree in writing to alternative dispute resolution.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of our website or services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
