When you submit our contact form, request a quote, schedule service, or contact us by phone or email, we collect the information you share: name, phone number, email address, service address, and project details. We do not require you to create an account to obtain a quote or schedule service.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, and the website that referred you. This information is collected through standard web server logs and through Cloudflare, our content delivery and security provider, which processes traffic at the network edge.
Cookies and similar technologies. Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for site operation. If we deploy analytics or advertising pixels in the future (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, or similar), this policy will be updated to disclose them, and any non-essential tracking will be subject to consent where required by law.
We use information to respond to your inquiries, provide quotes, schedule and perform electrical and HVAC services, process payments, communicate about ongoing or completed work, maintain records required by Washington law (including L&I licensing requirements), improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer information for advertising on third-party platforms without separate consent.
We share information only as necessary to operate our business. This includes sharing with service providers (such as Formspree for form submissions, Google Workspace for email, Cloudflare for hosting and security, and payment processors when applicable), each of which is contractually obligated to protect the information shared with them and may use it only to provide services to us.
